You should bring two towels, one smaller to sit on whilst in the sauna & another for drying off after use.
Swimwear (must be worn at all times, we are not a nudity sauna).
Sliders or flip-flops for in-between sessions.
A water bottle to stay hydrated (not metal).
A Sauna Hat (optional)
A changing robe especially for the colder time of year.
A spare bag for wet items.

Please seek medical advice before coming if any of the following conditions apply:
You’re taking regular prescription or over the counter drugs.
You’re pregnant or suspect you are. (Most pregnant women avoid coming in the first trimester)
You have any cardiovascular conditions or are taking blood pressure medications
You have a pacemaker or defibrillator.
You’ve had a heart attack in the last 6 months.
You have a recent joint injury, or you have joints that are chronically swollen.
You have metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any other surgical implants
Have any chronic underlying medical conditionThe Roaming Sauna cannot accept responsibility for customers with the above conditions or in the above situations.

We’re happy to refund or reschedule any communal or private session bookings up to 48 hours before your session.
Refunds – May be subject to a small admin fee.
Rescheduling – Always free.
How to reschedule:
If you booked via our Acuity: Scheduling system, you can reschedule directly through your confirmation email.
Otherwise, email us at hello@theroamingsauna.com with your booking details (Name, Date, Time, Location).
How to request a refund:

Please note: Cancellations on the day or no-shows can’t be refunded or rescheduled.

Yes, unfortunately our Insurance Policy does not permit anyone under the age of 18yrs old to use the sauna.
