Hey! We’re Sophie & Joe and welcome to The Roaming Sauna…
We’ve always loved being outdoors, wild swimming, mountain adventures and campervan trips. Our sauna story began on a crisp day in January 2025, on the Norfolk coast — it was love at first steam. From chatting on the sauna bench, to that heart-racing cold water plunge, to the warm, happy glow afterwards… we were hooked. We wanted that feeling closer to home — the heat, the laughter, the pure rush of it all — and we couldn’t wait to bring it to life for our very own community.
Rooted in a deep love for the great outdoors…
and a reverence for ancestral traditions. The Roaming Sauna is more than a mobile sauna - it’s a way of life.
We celebrate the wild, embrace simplicity, and reconnect with the timeless ritual of sauna to promote wellbeing in nature.
Our Vision is to create spaces where like-minded souls can come together, build a community and return to their roots.
